THIS PROJECT HAS BECOME A SIGNIFICANT MILESTONE FOR US AT DOMUS. NOT ONLY BECAUSE IT'S THE LAST PLOT OF LAND ON DELFIM MOREIRA AVENUE, OR ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE SQUARE METER IN BRAZIL, BUT MAINLY BECAUSE IT REPRESENTS WHAT WE CALL 'ONLIFE' - BRINGING LIFE TO EVERY DEVELOPMENT, STITCHING TOGETHER A CUTTING-EDGE CONCEPT FROM END TO END THAT EMBODIES THE PRODUCT AND ITS TRUTH. THE NAME WAS A TRUE DISCOVERY, THE BRAND SHOWCASES THE ICONIC SIDEWALKS OF LEBLON, AND THE PRODUCT IS A CHAPTER APART, WHERE ARCHITECTURE, ART, AND DESIGN TAKE CENTER STAGE. OUR ROLE WAS PRECISELY TO ORCHESTRATE THIS SPECTACLE, WHERE THE LEBLON VIBE WILL ALWAYS BE IN THE KEY OF G MAJOR, MAKING THIS AN INTERNATIONAL SUCCESS STORY!

LEBLON HAS MANY SHADES. THE TONE OF SUN-KISSED SKIN. THE TONE WHEN THE SUN RISES. THE TONE WHEN THE SUN SETS BEHIND THE DOIS IRMÃOS, ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS IN THE WORLD. THE TONE OF THE BLUISH-GREEN SEA. THE TONE OF THE WHITE SAND. AND THE COMBINATION OF ALL THESE COLORS THAT GIVE LEBLON ITS SPECIAL HUE, THAT ONLY LEBLON HAS. THE ART AS STRATEGY

THIS IS NOT JUST A SIMPLE PROJECT WHERE THE DEVELOPER TAKES INSPIRATION FROM THE WORLD OF ART. IN THIS CASE, ART IS THE TRUTH OF THE PRODUCT, AND THE ARTWORKS HAVE GONE THROUGH AN EXPERIENCED CURATION BY VIVA PROJECTS, WHERE ARTISTS LIKE IOLE DE FREITAS, ERNESTO NETO, VIK MUNIZ, AND THE CAMPANA BROTHERS HAVE BECOME AN INTEGRAL PART WITH SPECIFIC WORKS CHOSEN FOR THE PROJECT. AND IN THE CASE OF IOLE DE FREITAS, GAFISA WENT EVEN FURTHER AND GIFTED THE CITY AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH AN OPEN-AIR SCULPTURE IN A PERMANENT EXHIBITION ON DELFIM MOREIRA. ACTIVATION EVENTS AT THE STAND HAVE ALSO BEEN CARRIED OUT WITH EXHIBITIONS BY RAUL MOURÃO, BRINGING MORE AND MORE OF THIS ART UNIVERSE INTO THE PRODUCT.

OUR SALLES STARTED AFTER THE BEGINNING OF THE PANDEMIC AND NOTHING COULD BE MORE IN TUNE TO THE NEW CHALLENGES THAN TAKING THE WHOLE SALLES EXPERIENCE TO THE DIGITAL, SO WE PUT TOGETHER AN APP THAT ALLOWS YOU TO STROLL THROUGH OUR STAGED VIRTUAL APARTMENTS, WATCH VIDEOS AND GET TO KNOW OUR CHARMING PROJECT.

EVENTS, PR & VIPS ON SALLES CENTER

TO ACTIVATE A PRODUCT OF THIS MAGNITUDE, THE EVENT GRID WAS ALSO ESSENTIAL. FROM THE CAMPANA BROTHERS AND MANY OTHER INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED ARTISTS, TO CO-BRANDING EVENTS WITH BRANDS THAT SPEAK TO THE SAME AUDIENCE, AND EVEN SUPER EXCLUSIVE DINNERS WITH VERY SMALL AND QUALIFIED GROUPS - ALL OF THESE ACTIONS PLAY AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ROLE.

WE HIGHLIGHT HERE THE INCREDIBLE ALIGNMENT AND SPECTACULAR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE GAFISA TEAM - TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING OF THIS MAGNITUDE REQUIRES A LOT OF ALIGNMENT BETWEEN SUPPLIER AND CLIENT. WE FELT LIKE AN EXTENSION OF THE CLIENT IN THIS PROJECT.
