Timeline
Over 25 years of history. Throughout this journey, a lot has happened. From being featured in the Guinness Book with the world’s largest "AR" installation to pioneering experiences with stereo imagery and virtual decorated units — not to mention countless publications and innovations that helped shape the market. But here, we highlight what truly transformed us: projects that defined eras, launches that changed the course of the industry, and, most importantly, people who changed the course of our company. This is also a space for recognition and gratitude. To everyone who has been part of our story and left their mark on so many projects — thank you. None of this would have been possible without a team that is engaged, dedicated, and above all, restlessly driven. Because it’s this constant drive that keeps us evolving, together.

Driven by a curiosity about 3D, a new technology, two architect friends, both curious, founded Domus in 1997 after graduating from FAU UFRJ (Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro).

The next 25 years...
The future is made of encounters. Between strategy and creation. Between the market and desire. Between the product and those who dream of it. We will continue expanding frontiers and operating wherever our clients take us, in Brazil and around the world, opening paths to new solutions, experiences, and ways to build value.
New Techs
Our DNA is driven by technology. Long before the real estate market began talking about innovation, we were already applying technological solutions and exploring new possibilities. Maybe that’s our real secret: a constant restlessness that pushes us to go further. Innovation is our fuel. We question the obvious, seek the unprecedented, and turn every challenge into an opportunity. Whether through online tools, immersive 3D experiences, or real-time renderings, we’re always chasing what hasn’t been done yet. Here, technology isn’t a trend. It’s our essence. Explore some of the projects that reflect our way of thinking — and doing — differently.
